Investing in Community Health Initiatives

Deaconess Associations Foundation invests in community health initiatives that provide healthcare access and education to at-risk populations. Since 2012, the Foundation has made nearly $16 million in grants to deliver measurable improvements in community health.

Our focus is on programs and grants that:

  • Meet the basic healthcare needs of at-risk populations
  • Educate consumers to help them make better and healthier decisions
  • Encourage prevention
  • Promote a higher quality of life
  • Fill voids in treatment
  • Build alliances among community providers who share our mission
