Investing in Community Health Initiatives
Deaconess Associations Foundation invests in community health initiatives that provide healthcare access and education to at-risk populations. Since 2012, the Foundation has made nearly $15 million in grants to deliver measurable improvements in community health.
Our focus is on programs and grants that:
- Meet the basic healthcare needs of at-risk populations
- Educate consumers to help them make better and healthier decisions
- Encourage prevention
- Promote a higher quality of life
- Fill voids in treatment
- Build alliances among community providers who share our mission
How do organizations learn of grant opportunities?
